I help aspiring Virtual Assistant’s to build their own VA business, quit their 9-5's and live their dream life!
Since starting in March of 2020, myself and my partner Adam have travelled to more than 15 countries full-time, with our VA business being our sole source of income.
Adam and I had met 18 months prior to starting @niamhteamvirtual, as we shared a passion for travel and an alternative lifestyle, away from social norms.
But, how did we get to where we are now?
In early 2020, we both decided that we enough of the cycle that we were stuck in, which was grinding in our old jobs for months, saving up, quitting, going travelling and repeating the cycle again and again.
This was our ‘why’ for starting Team Virtual!
We had the drive to change our circumstances, which meant that we put everything into making our business work, from day 1.
We focused on using our transferable skills from our previous jobs, to offer VA services, and from there, taught ourselves more skills about the VA world, meaning that we were absolutely winging it! (Something I do NOT recommend).
Despite going alone and making a lot of mistakes in the beginning, we worked through it, and within 7 weeks of setting up Team Virtual, we were fully booked.
WE. WERE. BUZZING!
However, It wasn’t all glitz and glam. We made SO many unnecessary mistakes in the early days and lost so many hours fixing our mistakes, rather than using them to progress in our VA business.
