1.0 Terms of Service
By clicking “Buy Now,” “Purchase,” or any other phrase on the purchase button, entering your credit card information, or otherwise enrolling, electronically, verbally, or otherwise, you (“Client”) agree to enter into a legally binding agreement with Team Virtual (“Sole Trader”) and Niamh Flanagan Delaney (“Coach”) and to receive products, programs, or services, subject to the following terms and conditions:
2.0 Refunds and Payment Terms
2.0.1 Refunds: Due to the extensive time and effort invested in our programs (including products and e-courses) and their digital nature, we do not offer refunds if you change your mind or are unable to participate in the program for any reason.
By enrolling as a student or client of Team Virtual and/or purchasing a program, e-course, live course or product, you agree to the following sales and refund terms.
If you decide to defer or withdraw for any reason, you will remain responsible for the full cost of the program, including all remaining monthly installments. The pausing or delay of payments is not allowed and all remaining payments must be paid on time every month until the agreed sum is fulfilled.
2.0.2 Deferrals: These are accepted if agreed by both parties in writing. All payments must still be made on time according to your sign-up terms, even if you defer. You can defer and re-join up to 365 days from your original VA Academy start date with no additional re-joining cost. However, if you decide to re-join after 365 days from your initial start date, then you will be charged the difference of your original signup amount and the new signup amount. If there has been no price increase after the 365 days has lapsed, then you can re-join with no additional fee.
2.0.3 Deposits: When securing your spot via a deposit, this price is only secured for within 365 days after the purchase date. If you decide to sign up after the initial 365 days has lapsed, then the current pricing is no longer secured and you will be subject to pay the difference in price if we decide to increase it.
2.0.4 Exclusive WhatsApp support: In regards to services that include specifically and only WhatsApp support. Please note that unless stated otherwise, these will remain in a group setting. There will be specific minimum or maximum amount of people who can enter each group. I will be inside each WhatsApp group Monday-Thursday giving you support, and outside those days will be my days off.
The WhatsApp support will be on a monthly subscription basis, and you will be billed every 30 days. The monthly cost will remain the same, unless an agreed change is made by both parties. If you choose to cancel, please provide me with 7 business days notice. If you do not give me this allocated notice, you will be required to pay the fee of the upcoming month. There is no minimum commitment and each subscription is on a month-by-month basis.
2.0.5 Payment terms: Upon execution of this Agreement, the Client agrees to pay the Coach the full purchase amount that is displayed on any one of Team Virtual’s payment checkouts. This includes both pay-in-full and payment plan options.
If Client selects a payment plan option, Client agrees to pay all fees to the Coach according to the payment schedule set forth inside this Agreement, or otherwise provided to Client, and the payment plan selected by Client (the “Fee”).
We do not accept chargebacks from your credit card company.
In the event of a missed installment payment, you will receive an email notification with a 72-hour grace period. The Coach may suspend your program participation until payment is brought up to date, including restricting access to modules, materials, and/or coaching calls. If payment is not received within 5 business days, debt collection can be applied by a nomination of Team Virtual’s choice, in order for the overdue sum to be settled.
2.0.6 Expectations: All of the copy that highlights what to expect, the numbers and the overall results are not guarantees or promises. These are examples of what can be achieved based on past/current students and what happens when you take consistent action, are coachable and show initiative within my programmes and groups. It is very possible to both exceed and fall short of these expectations depending on your work ethic and your desire to succeed.
3.0 Recording & Redistribution of Calls
Client acknowledges that group coaching sessions and/or group calls will be recorded.
Client also acknowledges that the call recordings can be accessed by all members of The VA Academy, both in the past, current and future.
Client Acknowledges that their first name may be used by Niamh Delaney in regards to marketing positive student results on all Social Media platforms.
If Niamh Delaney would like to share screenshots of private conversations that promote positive results, Niamh will ask the client for permission first, upon approval.
If Niamh Delaney would like to share your full name while promoting positive results, Niamh will ask the client for permission first, upon approval.
4.0 Medical Disclaimer
Please note that the coaching and training services provided are not intended as medical, psychological, or psychiatric advice, and they do not provide diagnosis, treatment, prevention, cure, or guarantee.

5.0 Legal and Financial Disclaimer
You understand and agree that this website and our coaching programs, products, and/or e-courses are intended for informational and educational purposes only. The information provided does not constitute financial or legal advice.
6.0 Intellectual Property Protection and Personal Use
The materials on our website, including products, e-courses, videos, photos, graphics, designs, and other files, are the proprietary property of Niamh Flanagan Delaney and are protected by Australian intellectual property rights.
You may not share the cost of any product or e-course, or the product or e-course itself, with any third party. Sharing your login credentials for any of Team Virtual’s e-courses with any third party is strictly prohibited. Selling or transferring your access to any masterclasses, trainings, eCourses, workshops, or the content and/or materials contained therein to any third party is prohibited.
Spreading negative information online about any one of Team Virtual’s products, programmes, live courses and e-courses is strictly prohibited, and any problem/concern that you have must be addressed with Niamh Flanagan Delaney directly via Email or any one of her Social Media platforms.
