Hey there, I’m Niamh.

I always knew I wanted to do life differently. I just didn’t fully know what that looked like yet, I just knew the standard routine in Dublin wasn’t it for me.

In early 2020, I was stuck in a cycle of working jobs I didn’t care about, saving as much as I could, quitting to go travelling, and then doing it all over again.

So I went travelling with my partner, but this time I knew I didn’t want to come home and fall back into that same routine.

While I was travelling in Thailand, I started Team Virtual.

I didn’t have a perfect plan. I looked at the skills I already had from my previous jobs, admin, customer service, organisation, and figured out how to turn them into services that online businesses actually needed.

It was trial and error at the start, but I landed my first client within 7 days.

Within a few weeks, I was fully booked and earning enough to keep travelling full-time.

I made a lot of mistakes in the early days, especially without proper guidance, which is exactly why I now teach people how to do it properly from the start.

Since then, I’ve helped hundreds of women (and some men) build their own Virtual Assistant businesses using the skills they already have, so they can create more flexibility, freedom, and a life that actually works for them.
